Protocol between the Ministry of Justice as the Department and the Management Board of the Independent Monitoring Boards (PDF, 1.1 MB)

This protocol has been drawn up by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and the Management Board of the Independent Monitoring Boards (IMBs). It sets out at a high level the role of each body in relation to the other, and the responsibilities of the principal individuals in running, sponsoring and overseeing the IMB staff team.
