Dame Anne Owers, National IMB Chair, has written to the Justice Select Committee to update them on IMB findings in prisons during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her letter has now been published by the committee.
It covers arrange of issues including the overall situation in prisons, the result of the first month of the freephone line for prisoners to contact their IMB and a range of concerns including the use of PAVA spray, education and time out of cell for prisoners.
